Courier Partners: We work with reliable nationwide courier services including Postex, TCS, etc to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
Dispatch Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or official public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Delivery Days: Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Estimates: Stated transit times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather, regional logistics, or peak shopping periods.
Payment & Order Verification
High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding PKR 15,000 may require full or partial advance payment prior to dispatch. Our team will contact you to share verification and payment details.
Previous Cancellations: Customers with a history of uncollected or canceled Cash-on-Delivery (COD) will only be able to place orders on advance payment (Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash) payment options for future orders.
